A field parka cut in Loro Piana cashmere — the weight and hand of the cloth are what make the shape hold. Nothing here is padded into place; the volume comes from the cloth itself.
The hood and the pocket edges are trimmed in auction mink from Saga Furs, chosen for length and evenness of the hair. It reads as one continuous line around the face, which is the hardest part to get right and the first thing you notice when it is wrong.
Cut generously through the body, with the sleeves shaped at the wrist. Meant to be worn over knitwear in November and over almost nothing in March.
